• Build deep, respectful relationships with shelter guests while maintaining professional boundaries to promote trust and empowerment.
• Conduct participant registration and intake interviews, entering data accurately and managing guest sign-in and sleeping arrangements.
• Monitor all areas of the shelter, including sleeping quarters and common spaces, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and behavior expectations.
