Intro: A designer with an inner passion for baking, somehow I gained more than 3 years of professional baking experience and would like to learn more about this field of work. -Assisting in language interpretation (Vietnamese - English) between clients and their LEP customers from various backgrounds (e.g: hospitals, banks, insurance companies, police office, 911 emergencies, etc.)
-Ensuring clear communication and that no information is omitted between conversations.
-Maintaining excellent customer services and trouble-shoot with clients and LEPs when unexpected scenarios occur.
-Polishing and keeping updated with own's vocabularies as well as changes in new policies within different service sectors.

-Managing communications between members of the Chapters.
-Creating social media contents for special events and meetings. This includes posters, brochures and newsletters designed with Adobe Creative Suite.
-Preparing presentation materials utilizing Microsoft Powerpoint meanwhile making sure all Chapters' monthly reports are submitted in time.
