Throughout my academic journey at Ryerson University and Seneca College, I have honed my problem-solving, organizational and judgment skills, and developed a deep understanding of legal procedures. My recent experience at Vialto Partners LLP, where I supported a large legal team in a fast-paced immigration environment, has further solidified my abilities to handle high-volume administrative tasks with utmost efficiency and confidentiality. During my tenure at Vialto, I became adept at processing and managing legal documents, maintaining case management and data management systems, and coordinating support services to ensure seamless operations.

Additionally, my experience as a Customer Service Representative with the City of Brampton has equipped me with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Furthermore, I had the privilege of providing administrative support at Ryerson University, where I collaborated with cross-functional teams and maintained confidential information with the utmost discretion.
