Currently, my main focus is on enhancing my skills in the area of interviews and assessing the suitability of candidates for specific job roles. It is fascinating for me to uncover hidden abilities and potential in applicants and find the best fit for each position. I strive to continuously improve my interviewing techniques, enhance the evaluation process, and thoroughly assess whether a candidate is suitable for a particular job role.

My goal is to ensure that every new employee is well integrated into the team and the company. It is crucial for new hires to feel comfortable and have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and expectations. That's why I am also interested in the area of employee onboarding and creating a positive work environment, to contribute to their success and well-being.
