- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related discipline of Criminology, Sociology, Social Work or other human services and completion of a Youth Probation Officer training program.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working within the community youth forensic services, and/or custodyyouth justice system.

- With experience at the supervisory or management level.

Job Summary
Apply your expertise in program and policy analysis to support exceptional service delivery
Reporting to the Director-Youth Justice Program Support, the Analyst is part of a small team with extensive responsibilities related to developing, analyzing, and evaluating Community Youth Justice and Youth Custody Services policy and procedures, providing support to staff, Managers and Executive, delivering/organizing training and supporting the federal cost sharing claims.
