Loan Origination - Income Analyst

- New loan underwriting, disbursement, maintenance, data & file management. 
- Review client income and collaborate with credit department to check credit bureau report/financial statements to determine loan admissibility of applicants. 
- Escalate to executive team in case there is any deficit between applicant’s income and liabilities. - Conduct due diligence on clients to assess potential risk.
- Assist with data gathering to support preparation of loan application. 
- Ensure all approved applications comply with firm and lender criteria.
