In my current roll as the Office Coordinator at the Daily Bread Food Bank, I oversee the Welcome centre ensuring that superior service is provided to our clients, volunteers, and visitors, order supplies, equipment, office furniture oversee security, HVAC and alarm response, as well as onboarding new volunteers, maintaining records for both staff and volunteers, and annual archiving for all departments.  I also provide training to the welcome centre volunteers, orientation for new volunteers, prepare month end reports for finance, assist with donations, and assist with Health and Safety, 

My experience in managing the individual volunteer program, youth and community groups and providing support for special events also demonstrates my ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. 

As a member of the Daily Bread Food Bank team for over 13 years, I have gained experience and a lot of knowledge in providing guidance and support to members of my community with compassion and respect.  Also, through various conflict and resolutions training sessions over the years, I have acquired the ability to recognize and diffuse challenging situations before getting out of hand.

While living abroad, I had the pleasure of working my way up from sales reprentative to managing a family shoe store (Vogele Shoe Haus) in Kreuzlingen, Switzeland from 1992 to 1996
