I have been in a customer service for almost 6 years, I have a diploma in Medical Office Administration - Health Services. I am currently working as a part time receptionist. I am eager to learn more in my field, or if there is an opportunity that I would learn in a different field I would take it. I am currently working as a part time receptionist, I schedule appointments and maintain records and accounts. I greet patients in a kind and professional manner, answer their questions that is scope of my knowledge, I keep the practitioners supplied with their instruments by keeping track of it and I maintain the receptionist area nice and clean.

Education

I studied Medical Office Administration - Health Services in Seneca College. The relevant courses are medical terminologies, health billing using Accuro EMR, medical transcription, customer service, office procedures and proficiency in microsoft office applications.
