My name is Tobi Azeez, my  background to date has been centred on improving & preparing myself to become the optimum construction manager I can become.

Precisely, I started my career as a project coordinator which has taught me the basics of the construction industry and discovered my strengths in managing, coordinating and overseeing multiple projects 

And I am skilled in carrying out management initiatives like collaborating with sub-contractors, consultants  carrying out contract administration, ensuring that all provisions mentioned in the legal documents are adhered to

And dealing with the overall planning, coordination, and control of projects from beginning to completion.

  • Coordinating multiple projects from conception of preliminary design through to commissioning.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor progress against these to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and monitor site safety to ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for the projects.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management and make recommendations for corrective actions as required.
