I am a Project Manager and Operations Manager with extensive experience in operations management (working as a call center agent at an Out-Of-Hours hospital service and being offered a duty manager role where I worked extensively with Digital health tools for the last two years), project management, and entrepreneurship, along with my certifications in Scrum and project management methodologies.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully oversee complex projects from initiation to completion. I am motivated by the opportunity to lead diverse teams, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results within budget and timeline constraints. Furthermore, my experience in starting transformational projects and entrepreneurship ventures highlights my innovative mindset and my drive to foster a culture of collaboration and expertise.

In my current role as a Project Controls Assistant at Turner & Townsend Limited, I have effectively handled invoicing and document control for rail construction projects while also conducting interviews with senior staff and providing feedback on technical onboarding. This experience has enhanced my communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling me to effectively communicate project progress and status to diverse stakeholders.

As an Operations and Project Manager at Talenture Group Limited, I successfully collaborated with HR to develop employee training programs, resulting in improved operational efficiency.
