I am an experienced engineer with 12 years of expertise in the building services and construction industry, including HVAC, fire services, plumbing and drainage, security, and electrical systems, my work experience has included various fields of engineering, such as client, consulting, contracting, and technician roles. Understanding the concerns of each role can help me take care of all parties involved, build good relationships, maximize benefits, and ensure client satisfaction. I am proficient in CAD software, designing, analyzing, project scheduling, and implementing planning on-site, which helps project teams successfully complete diverse projects on time and maximize profits.

Position：Engineer II (Building Service Project Coordinator)
Duties：
4. To response for new building, alteration and addition works projects.
5. To prepare document on budget, project planning and programming.
6. To coordinate, supervise, progress monitor, test and handover on site work.
7. To prepare the technical submissions including temporary works design, risk assessment, method statement, government submission and relevant correspondence to consultant and client for approval.
8. To coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier.
