Preformed scheduled maintenance and testing, produced technical reports, made recommendation for process enhancements, identified deficiencies, ordered parts, installed and commission new devices. Maintained plant instrumentation including; control valves, actuators, flow meters, instrument tubing lines, pressure switches, pneumatic controllers, gas detection, level and pressure transmitters. Extensive troubleshooting required to solve various technical issues.
