Proven record of driving policy review, organizational change, and training delivery in compliance with federal and provincial accessibility and equity legislation. Expert at fostering collaborative, diverse teams and engaging stakeholders, including expert organizations such as Employment Accessibility Resource Network (EARN), Performance Plus Rehabilitative Care Inc. (PPRC), The Return on Disability Group Inc., Asign Inc., Left Turn Right Turn Ltd. Over the past decade, I have developed a robust career in program and project management with a strong focus on advancing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) within organizational settings. My experience includes leadership roles at the Royal Canadian Mint, where I served as Accessibility Lead and Project Manager, spearheading the development and execution of the company’s first Accessibility Action Plan in alignment with federal standards and legislative guidelines. I have consistently contributed to policy review, led stakeholder engagement and training initiatives, delivered programs to more than 1,000 employees and coordinated multidisciplinary advisory teams to drive impactful accessibility and equity outcomes.

Prior to this, as Trainer and Special Project Lead in Production Operations at the Royal Canadian Mint, I trained and mentored over 150 employees on inclusive best practices and advanced manufacturing processes, integrating accessibility and equity into the overall quality improvement efforts. My earlier roles include supporting national health policy development through air quality research and documentation at the National Research Council; and recruiting, training, and supervising diverse teams as a VISA and Data Officer at V F Services Canada Inc., always maintaining high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and client satisfaction.

Throughout my career, I have consistently ensured compliance with key legislation such as the Accessibility Canada Act, AODA, and Employment Equity Act, standardized project management processes, and championed evidence-informed decision-making and continuous improvement. My work demonstrates a proven commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures, supporting marginalized communities, and driving organizational excellence through collaborative leadership.

My most relevant education includes advanced coursework and certification in project, people and engineering management, accessibility and compliance, as well as operations management and communication. This academic background has equipped me with the skills necessary to lead projects and operations, support diverse communities, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
