My first work experience is in Genpact india pvt ltd in hyderabad, india.  My role is being an point of contact for Clients in terms of process handling and escalations also part of weekly, monthly reporting to the process performance. Review and validating basic essentials of valid invoice like Customer details, bank accounts, invoice date, customer address etc. Executively closing activities in timely manner.
