I have a blended background in technical support and full stack development, combining hands-on experience in IT assistance, software troubleshooting, and application development.

As a Voluntary Lab IT Support at SCET (Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology), I provided frontline technical support to students and faculty. I assisted with software installations, network and printer troubleshooting, and remote desktop support using tools like AnyDesk. I also contributed to the setup of A/V equipment for internal presentations and documented common technical issues to improve lab efficiency.

Following this, I expanded my skills as a Full Stack Developer Intern at BuzzingSoft, where I worked on web application development using modern frameworks and backend technologies. My contributions included optimizing databases for performance, building responsive user interfaces, and developing scalable backend features. I also focused on thorough testing and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
