Vania Elsyapriesta

I am a HR student in George Brown College and I have experiences in reviewing and marketing products, especially beauty products. I am a makeup artist on Instagram (@vania.ye) and I often get products sent to be reviewed so I am familiar with reviewing products. 

I am passionate about working with people, hence why I take HR as my major. As a hobby I do makeup and art. I actually have graduated from Bachelor's Degree in 2019, and I used to join several student groups which required me to promote the clubs and events.

• Sourcing people from job sites such as JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Calling the people that might be suitable for the job and interviewing them. 
• Sending the test questions to the suitable candidates and arranging the interview schedule with the supervisor or manager.
• Doing reference check by calling the referees and processing the reference check to HR administration in order to proceed to the next step.
• Having meeting with supervisor to discuss about the selected people, such as salary proposal, when they had to work, visa application, and so on

IICS CPA Australia Student Charter, Public Relation

• Handling planned publicity campaigns and PR activities, such as Facebook posts, poster and any other promotions. Other tasks include: writing and producing presentations and proposal.
• Visited CPA Congress 2018 as the representative in Sheraton Hotel KL on September 6th 2018.
