An experienced HR practitioner who is passionate in all things related to Human Resources and developing and maximizing employee potential. Being an HR professional for over 7 years, as well as having finished a post-grad degree in Business Administration has helped me become a more strategic HR practitioner by understanding the role of HR to the business/organization’s goals. I pride myself in being able to provide advice to the management on how to effectively troubleshoot specific HR concerns. I am an advocate of effective organizational development through job analysis, performance management, and people/talent planning. Most importantly, I believe my strength lies in my work ethics. I value continuous learning, establishing relationships, and understanding both internal and external customers’ needs.
