• Assist the Accounting department with the following duties: collect all employee's payroll timecards bi-weekly, and submit invoices/reimbursements/receipts.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Associate Producer and PMs.
• Support the production including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, preparing company credit card monthly GST reports, photocopying/filing, and supporting departmental projects.
• Send out daily OOO and Vacations list to alert who is out of the office for the day.
• Update Vacations calendar.
• Upload approved vacations to ShotGun.
• Remind staff and collect payroll timecards bi-weekly.
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering, screening, and referring inquiries.
