I've been working in information technology for more than 15 years, in a variety of capacities. Thirteen years were spent working in the United States, and two years were spent in Canada. In the software testing industry, I've had the chance to work as a QA tester, test lead, and test manager.

Throughout this time, I have had positions as a manager, leader, and manual and automated tester for several web, desktop, and mobile applications. My extensive knowledge of the IT industry has aided me in determining the most effective testing options.
