• Responsible for managing a team of eight (8) forklift drivers to include training, guidance and safety oversight.
• Interviews and hires forklift truck operators and coordinates their training.
• Oversees the daily workflow, shift assignments, and staffing of the forklift services and repair department.
• Reviews daily production schedules to forecast forklift truck operator needs.
• Prepares and distributes operator assignments based on daily production schedules.
• Schedules and/or arranges for maintenance and repair of forklift trucks.
