Vladislav Kondrashov

Vladislav Kondrashov is an expert in nuclear and x-ray spectrometry, designer of modern state-of-art nuclear analytical instruments and spectral analytical methods.
PhD Nuclear Physics.
His has expertise in radiation detection techniques: radiation portal monitors and handheld gamma-spectrometers. 
The instruments and systems developed by V.Kondrashov are widely used in Border and Custom Control, Steel Industry, Geophysics and radiation waste control and disposal, among them handhelds: GR-135(SAIC-Expolarinum) , Syclone, MSpec (RadComm),  GalaXray; Portal monitors: AT-900, ST-20 (SAIC-Exploranium), RC-4000, RC-7000 (RadComm); Analytical gamma-spectrometers: RadLab, mini-RadLab (RadComm)
The radiation detection developed by him were recently selected and successfully tested in US Illicit Trafficking Radiation Assessment Program (ITRAP +10) at Oak Ridge National Lab (ORNL). The tests were initiated and conducted by The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), Systems Engineering and Evaluation (SE&E) Directorate, 2013-2014.
