Worked at Novartis health care from 2019 to 2022 as Part of the internal consulting team working on global transformation projects of all the domains. Performed transformation of payroll, HR, International Assignees process, Employee exit, Workday deployment etc using agile methodology and lean six sigma principles.

Worked at Cummins India from 2015 to 2019 as functional consultant of the central team identifying, prioritizing, implementing and tracking key improvement projects, establishing best practices and benchmark standards
