Over the years, I’ve developed a strong skill set in site supervision, team leadership, and problem-solving under pressure. My experience has taught me how to manage complex projects from the ground up, whether it's overseeing excavation work or guiding crews through framing and structural phases. My expertise includes blueprint interpretation, OSHA compliance, quality control, and cost management. I’ve also held roles as a Site Foreman, Team Lead, and Business Owner, further refining my leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. With formal education in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management, I bring both technical knowledge and practical experience to every project I take on.
