  • Decommissioning servers, workstations. 
  • Keeping inventory of Component using ServiceNow CMDB,
  • Clearing configuration of switches and firewalls.
  • Wiping Hard Disk Drives using – DWIPE utilities such KillDisk.
  • Creating RAID as per customer’s requests.
  • Installing BIOS Firmwares, Device Drivers, Softwares and OSs such as Linux and Windows on Servers or on workstations as per request.
  • Working directly with customers and vendors on service issues.
  • RMA for defective equipment – Shipping and Receiving.
  • Keeping track/inventorying of the onsite equipment.
  • Training other workers 

Experience
