Construction of 18 villa units (1445 m2) and landscaping (26368 m2) in the staff welfare complex project.

• Cost Estimation: Analyze architectural plans, engineering drawings, and project specifications to accurately estimate the overall cost of commercial construction projects. This includes evaluating the quantities and costs of materials, labor hours required, equipment needed, and other direct and indirect expenses.
• Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing for materials and services. Help to grown and maintain a network of reliable vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality supplies.

• Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labour, and equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specifications.

As a Construction Inspector employed by municipal governments, I oversee the construction and maintenance of new and existing buildings, bridges, highways, and industrial facilities.
