My client, a leader in the Protection Services in Ontario, Quebec and Western Canada, has immediate opportunities for a Technical Support Analyst at our head office in Toronto. 

Summary of Position: This job requires a strong technical understand of technology, including hardware, software, and networking systems being supported. Strong problem solving, training, communication and interpersonal skill are required alongside excellence in customer service. 

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all information managed by the Information Technology (IT) department in support of the company’s operations and legislation.
