My client, a leader in the Protection Services in Ontario, Quebec and Western Canada, has immediate opportunities for a Technical Support Analyst at our head office in Toronto.
Summary of Position: This job requires a strong technical understand of technology, including hardware, software, and networking systems being supported. Strong problem solving, training, communication and interpersonal skill are required alongside excellence in customer service.

- Perform end to end AD enterprise management with cloud expertise like Azure AD, EMS, File and Print Services, MFA etc.
