I am well-versed in liaising with customers on all product specifications and technical requirements, proactively soliciting and acting on customer feedback, and maintaining a positive value-add relationship with assigned customers.
My experience with MRP systems, particularly Dynamics, and knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, will be beneficial in monitoring performance metrics for customers, driving improvement through planning and execution, and controlling and monitoring Point of Use, WIP and Finished Good Inventory.

I have completed a BSc in Business Administration from the University of London and am a certified PMP.
