Our president, Chris Caldwell, is proof that with hard work and tenacity all career goals are achievable.
From a very young age, Chris had a keen eye for business and began his own entrepreneurship journey by the age of 16, which ultimately led to great success and then momentary failure. With a firm belief in tenacity and perseverance, Chris started exploring other ways to grow when a mentor told him to focus on what he really loved to do, what he felt passion towards and what he could wake up every day and be enthusiastic about. After joining parent company SYNNEX, Chris began to grow Concentrix into the incredibly successful company it is today with more than 300K staff in 40 countries.
A big part of Chris' leadership style is working with our people at all levels, whether it is company wide through calls, or in person visiting our many sites around the world.
