Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements when delivering pharmacy service
Ensuring patient care and safety within scope while completing all typical duties of a Registered Pharmacy Technician in a long term care pharmacy setting
Showing checking skills to support final checks in compounding, prescriptions requirements and compliance packaging.
Other duties as required to support patient care and safety
Qualifications
Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with pharmacy software (Kroll is an asset)
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a long-term care or community setting (Asset)
