Duties:


Under the supervision of the Manager, Cyber Security, the Junior Analyst provides entry level technical services in one of the assigned areas of IM/IT, namely, cyber security, incident management, threat vulnerability management and identity and access management in support of the Division's IM/IT Strategic Plan and operational objectives.


The primary duties include:

  • Participates on project teams and completes assigned deliverables in accordance with the change management process.
  • Provides input to the development of technical documentation.
  • Conducts research and evaluation of technical products/tools to ensure the security and availability of IMIT infrastructure
  • Recommends new/enhanced technical methods, techniques and practices.

Compensation:
OSFI offers a competitive salary, and employees may be eligible for in-range increases and economic adjustments. Salaries are based on qualifications, experience and knowledge.

The Public Service Pension Plan is a defined benefit pension plan (indexed for inflation), where both the employer and the employee contribute.


Performance Pay:
OSFI employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on their performance throughout the year.


Vacation and Leave:
