    Position Overview

    Maternity Leave Coverage: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Salesforce admin to maintain our Salesforce instance. The successful candidate will be a certified Salesforce admin with experience in supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
    As a senior business analyst for the TECh team, you will perform configurations and low level development activities to maintain and enhance our Salesforce instance in order to support the Direct to Consumer business.

    As a Salesforce Admin for the D2C Salesforce instance, you will:

    ● Day to day requests like user onboarding, access issues, login issues, reporting assistance/access, etc
    ● Troubleshoot issues with users to fix technical issues experienced by them
    ● Run data loads as required using the data upload tool
    ● Work on current sprint project. Meet with stakeholders as required to gather/refine requirements
    ● Build/update flows to automate business processes.
    ● Stay up to date with salesforce releases.
    ● User support/training as required.
    ● Carry out configuration changes as required by the business.

    As a problem solver on the team, you will:

    ● Solve complex challenges with a team of passionate business owners, rolling up your sleeves to develop and execute creative solutions
    ● Have freedom to explore your curiosity by probing, asking, and digging in to better understand our customers and business partners

    Qualifications

    Great-to-haves

    ● Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Trailhead
    ● Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, lead and influence virtual teams
    ● Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals, products/services/solutions and knowledge management
    ● Comfortable with understanding architecture how it will impact/apply to our roadmap

    Required Professional Designation/Certificatio n

    ● Certification as a Salesforce Admin
    ● 3 - 5 years of professional experience
    ● Post-secondary education in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business/Marketing
