OVERVIEW

CANDADIATE QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of turnaround industrial cleaning industry experience
2 years of Project Coordinator experience
Fluency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Self driven individual.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Planning, coordinating, and scheduling several projects
Willing to travel to and from Vertex properties, worksites and other business relation locations as directed by the Operation Manager
Work closely with the operation managers on day to day projects and activities for both large and small scale projects
Ability to work extra hours when required during busy seasons
Understand customer service and client satisfaction
Provide daily updates to managers on project progress
Other tasks as assigned in line with this job scope
