Job description
We are running a new project where bilingual speakers record short, everyday conversations to help improve future voice technology, and we would like to invite you to participate.
No experience is needed.You only need a laptop, a microphone, and the ability to speak naturally in your native language and understand a second language very well.
You and another speaker will record short 5-minute conversations on simple, everyday topics such as shopping, travel or making plans.
What You Will Do- Complete a 30minute paid training to learn how everything works.
- Join 8 conversation sessions, each lasting 5 minutes.
- Use a simple online recording tool that works similarly to Zoom but without the camera.
- Each 5 minute recording session takes about 20 minutes including setup. The total time commitment is around 3 hours, done on a day that works for you.
- Native in one of the project languages and able to understand the second language clearly (Hindi/Gujarati)
Comfortable speaking in a natural, spontaneous way.
No prior linguistic or technical background required.
We will ask for a short 1-minute audio sample to confirm suitability. It is very simple to do.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills:
Gujarati, Conversational Fluency, Hindi
