    Are you a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic pharmacy team? We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our growing team at Mint Health + Drugs, Calmar Pharmacy.

    As a Pharmacy Manager at Mint Health + Drugs, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide outstanding pharmaceutical care.

    Working closely with our pharmacist and other team members, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications, maintaining inventory control, and providing excellent customer service to our patients.

    • Excellent schedule flexibility, with an emphasis on avoiding late shifts and weekend obligations.
    • Chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and community.
    Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and valid licensure.


    • Proficiency in pharmacy software and database programs.
    • Remains current with advances in health and pharmacy-related matters.
    Act as the Licensee and ensure that the pharmacy's license is renewed annually.


    • Display the pharmacy license in the dispensary.
    • Evaluate the performance of employees.
    • Delegate tasks to assistants, technicians, and pharmacists to meet the needs of the pharmacy.
    • Document all patient interactions and comply with pharmacy legislation.
    • Identify health risks and educate at-risk individuals.
