What you'll do- Support the coordination of marketing operations and technology initiatives, ensuring their properly documented partners are kept up to date and help keep work flowing efficiently between different teams.- Document marketing processes and procedures to ensure that all parties have access to the information they need to perform their roles effectively- Support the implementation and management of marketing technologies, such as automation, analytics, and CRM systems.- Assist with managing marketing databases and ensuring data quality and accuracy.- Create reports, presentations and analyze data to illustrate the effectiveness or impact of initiatives.- Help track budgets, benefits, expenses, and other elements of project business plans.- Coordinating and documenting marketing initiates from inception to completion, ensuring all timelines are met.- Collaborate with internal partners such as creative teams, broker marketing, and business development to ensure campaign objectives and messaging alignment.- Effective implementation and maintenance of project governance policies and procedures.- Provide training and support to marketing staff on marketing operations tools and processes.- Accurate tracking and reporting of project expenses, ensuring compliance with project budgets.


What you'll bring- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.- Certifications related to marketing or project management are an asset.- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, business process management, or a related field.- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a large corporate environment.- Familiarity with marketing technology, such as marketing automation (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google and Adobe Analytics), is also beneficial.
