Reporting to the CFO, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CFO and Corporate Controller.


Responsibilities:


  • Legal/corporate secretary related functions assist CFO in updating corporate minute book, reviewing memorandum's from HTS's corporate attorney and advise the CFO on next steps, getting principal signatures on documents, etc.
  • Set up and manage filing of electronic and paper documents.
  • Manages the CFO's calendar, coordinates meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements and special events as required.
  • Assist the accounting department with credit card reconciliations, data entry, distribution of mail and preparation of courier packages.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ordering of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:


  • University or College Degree


  • Computer literate

  • Microsoft suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and to interact at all organizational levels

Experience: 1-3 years experience in an administrative role
