Accounting Assistant


Duties:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing financial documents
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Process accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records
  • Utilize 10key typing skills to accurately input financial data
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile financial statements
  • Provide support to the accounting team in various financial services

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an accounting and Quickbooks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
