The Coordinator, Experiential Learning works proactively and independently to design, plan, lead student programming and provide oversight and coordination for business strategy integrated courses.
The Coordinator develops relationships with students, faculty and employees, and interacts with high-profile business, community, and educational leaders to enhance student experience.
Organizational StatusReports directly to the Manager, Program Administration.
The incumbent works closely as a member of the RHL Graduate School Student Experience Team and liaises with numerous central UBC services, and Sauder School of Business units.
Work Performed- Integrated, Experiential and Global Programming &
Student Support:
_- Responsible for developing and implementation of strategies with faculty and staff to deliver experiential, integrated and global programming supporting key student learning outcomes.- Leads planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of experiential, integrated, and Global Learning programming working with business community clients, faculty and students.- Advise students regarding experiential, integrated and global courses/programming.- Coordinates multi-faceted, complex and high-profile events.- Develops and oversees the coordination of the communications and logistics for all experiential, integrated and global learning events and programming.- Attends regular course planning meetings, contributing ideas to the discussion and ensuring follow-up on deliverables or initiatives the group undertakes.

- Designs and develops Course Learning Management systems to ensure that students have access to appropriate course content in conjunction with course instructor.
- Designs and implements onboarding and orientation activities for incoming students to enhance student experience.
