About the Position:

Canature WaterGroup is growing We are looking for driven, talented, and personable individuals to join our team. If you are a Warehouse Associate, Commercial, you will want to consider joining our rapidly expanding business.

Some specifics tasks this role is responsible for includes:

  • Double check all picked work orders to ensure all items are correct before initiating build of any units.
  • Build all units as per work order requirements advising any discrepancies to management.
  • Work on the production line or cell with consistent speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure that production requirements and quality standards are met consistently.
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, labeling, banding, and taping.
  • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet targets and goals.
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained on a regular basis and report any issues found.
  • Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work areas.
  • Daily cleanup of work area(s)
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Overtime may be required occasionally to meet the company needs.

About you:


  • Be able to identify product by size, type, and style or product code.
  • Solid reading skills must be able to read work orders and requirements for builds.
  • Basic math skills and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions in a timely manner.
  • General understanding of the warehouse operations and locations.
  • Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., QAD label printers, QAD look up, manual look up and printing procedures.
  • Warehouse experience 1 year preferred
  • Assembly experience 1 year preferred
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience considered an asset but not necessary
  • Plumbing and electrical knowledge an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude an asset.
  • Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong customer service skills

About the work environment:


  • Able to move/lift to 50 lbs.
  • Able to withstand temperature changes in a typical warehouse environment (heat and cold, noise)
  • Position spends extended amounts of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
  • Position may require climbing of rolling stairs for toplevel selection.
  • Able to manipulate small items required for product assembly
