TAAG is looking for a full-time
Administrative Clerk to join the team.

The
Administrative Clerk will be required to perform but not limited to the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:


  • Collect, sort and file incoming mail;
  • Maintain the electronic and hard copy filing system;
  • Update borrower account records;
  • Keep track and follow up on borrower insurance policies;
  • Prepare and assemble customer documents;
  • Provide other administrative support to management and other staff;
  • Additional duties as necessary.
  • Good knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Adobe;
  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with other staff or customers and understand their needs;
  • Exceptional time management skills to be able to prioritize, especially when there is a high volume of tasks;
  • Flexibility to be able to move between tasks and duties quickly when priorities change;
  • Attention to detail to ensure customer records are maintained accurately;
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain office efficiency.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset.

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
