We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team and help steer the ship as we continue to grow.

Job Summary As our Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively across various areas.

This includes inventory management, financial management, team supervision, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operations across all areas of our company.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of our website projects, ensuring a userfriendly and glitchfree customer experience.
• Monitor inventory across various platforms and locations, managing product setup and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Supervise team performance, providing feedback and implementing necessary corrective actions to uphold high standards.
• Handle financial management tasks including payments to suppliers, tax matters, and account supervision.
• Address customer service queries and complaints, ensuring highquality service.
• Oversee onboarding of new partners and retailers, manage purchase orders and invoices, and maintain strong relationships with associates.
• Ensure company operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 58 years of experience in an operations management role.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailoriented with proven problemsolving skills.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Etsy) and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Salary:
$44,950.31-$115,930.56 per year
