Parts Inventory Control to

Mississauga Harley-Davidson

- Have some parts and/or service experience with PowerSport or Automotive
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with external and internal customers
- Are familiar with the Harley-Davidson life style, an M license is an asset but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pull parts from inventory for technicians, apprentices and customers.
- Retrieve parts for technician counter and retail counter.
- Organize and fill orders out of the stock.
- Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes, or daily pickup.
- Receive and catalogue all incoming parts the same day of arrival.
- Stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times.
- Control and maintain parts inventory.
- Manage location codes and reconcile parts in stock with parts shown in Dealer Management Software.
- Inform all parties when parts ordered have been received.
Qualifications:
- Experience using parts inventory software
- H-D experience an asset
- Wholesale experience an asset
- Good time management skills
- Dealership experience with automotive or powersports parts, in a parts department preferred
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- M license an asset but not mandatory
