BASIC FUNCTION

The Product Replenishment Attendant is responsible for cleaning, servicing and replenishing supplies in our Bean2Cup coffee machines at customer sites around the Greater Toronto Area.

The technician deals directly with customers providing assistance as necessary. Available shift is Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionally greet and interact with customers
Complete assigned cleaning, replenishment and service requirements efficiently
Communicate clearly with your manager, customer service and other team members
Practice proper safety procedures and use of company tools
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience not necessary for this entry level position
Professional attitude and appearance
Must be organized and able to work independently
Must be hardworking and energetic with a focus on customer service
Strong command of English for verbal and written communication with customers and inside team
Must possess a valid G driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must have use of own vehicle (mileage will be paid)
