We are looking for a Operations Administrator at our Sherwood Park Terminal, on a temporary basis until approximately June 1, 2023. This position works 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Administrative duties and involvement with ongoing projects
  • Support managers to ensure operational goals & objectives are maintained
  • Become proficient with operating systems and the interactions between systems
  • Maintain Data & Document control standards
  • Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with the Caron QMS and production standards
  • Participate in safety related compliance, regulatory programs and education
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Administrative Diploma or Certificate
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
  • Polite and professional attitude
  • High regard for safety
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
