Drywall Taping - Milton, Canada - Honest Home Buyers

Description

• Perform drywall taping and finishing tasks, including mudding, sanding, and smoothing surfaces to prepare for painting or wallpapering
• Repair and patch damaged drywall as required
• Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets accurately and efficiently
• Ensure surfaces are level, smooth, and free of imperfections
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with the construction team in other general construction tasks outside of drywall/taping and finishing to ensure project deadlines are met

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall taping and finishing work
• Comfortable doing other aspects of residential construction with training, guidance, and supervision
• Solid knowledge and expertise in residential construction practices
• Proficiency in operating relevant tools and equipment, including trowels, sanders, and mud pans
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highquality work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders
