Gateway Group is seeking a skilled Trim and Door Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team of renovation experts.As a Trim and Door Installation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of our clients' spaces through meticulous trim work and precise door installations.
Responsibilities:
- Install interior and exterior doors, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
- Perform precision trim work, including baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and more.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of trim and doors with overall design.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance and adherence to project specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and project plans to execute trim and door installations accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the job site is left in impeccable condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trim and door installation, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Indepth knowledge of various types of trim materials, installation techniques, and door hardware.
- Excellent carpentry skills with an eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving skills to address unexpected challenges during installations.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and communicate with clients.
- Strong focus on safety practices and adherence to industry standards.
- Reliable transportation.
