    Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative (On-Site) Job Description

    The Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services.

    This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales; selling client products/service as well as providing basic customer service support.

    As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative , you'll:

    Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers
    Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
    Assist in correcting billing concerns.
    Deliver expert customer a smile.
    Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
    ~1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
    ~ Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
    ~ Currently, we are not hiring students.
