We're looking for a Project Coordinator (Temporary, 6 Months) to take flight with us, reporting onsite at our Toronto facility.



General Duties:

Assist the Program Manager with administrative tasks during all phases of the Project/Program.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Update the daily progress of the Engineering and Production team activities.
  • Support Program Manager with interdepartmental communications.
  • Organize and take minutes for Program team meetings
  • All other duties, as assigned by the Program Manager

Skills and Experience:


  • 1 year of administration / coordination / logistics experience.
  • Proficiency with current Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Experience with MS Project and ERP systems are an asset.

Education:

College diploma or equivalent work experience

Program Manager
