Opportunity

We are looking for an
FP&A Project Lead to join our Project Team and help finance teams automate their spreadsheet-based process into a connected, collaborative and accurate workspace.


Limelight is a modern FP&A platform designed for finance teams. You will be working with a team of Data Analytics Consultants, FP&A Performance Consultants, and Solutions Architects to ensure the configuration of Limelight is highly adopted by our customers (CFOs, Controllers, VP of Finance, and finance analysts).


Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Gather and document requirements
  • Communicate and translate requirements to the solutions team for optimal setup
  • Produce and oversee and test plans
  • Ensure budget and scope are maintained
  • Manage project resources
  • Provide internal and external project status reports
  • Manage scope and ensure applicable change management
  • Manage and oversee project documentation
  • Approve weekly time entry, against budget
  • Update internal project tracking systems to ensure realtime reporting
  • Drive key decisions across projects
  • Build and test templates and reports
Team-related

  • Coordinate your team throughout all implementation phases
  • Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
  • Manage diverse teams and projects simultaneously
  • Lead daily standups and meetings
  • Provide fellow team members with mentorship and support, enhancing best practices and skills
Customer-oriented

  • Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders (clients, sponsors, executives, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and business needs
  • Conduct Quality Checks on the configuration of the solution
  • Build longterm strategic relationships with our customers

What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of management experience

Advanced understanding of financial statements, planning, forecasting, and FP&A modeling:

  • Experience managing
    ERP Implementation projects particularly with mid-range ERP solutions such as Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Netsuite, or similar.
  • Ability to initiate and improve processes, policies, and operations
  • Exceptional relationship management, interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively complete project plans, status reports, and closing documentation
  • A proven track record of excelling in a fastpast, resultsoriented environment with changing priorities and multiple goals
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
