We need a Senior Marketing Graphic Artist at Mino Games, who'll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and promotional materials for our flagship title, Dimensionals.

Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics for marketing campaigns, social media assets, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives.Design eye-catching digital and print materials, including banners, posters, advertisements, and merchandise, that effectively communicate the essence of Dimensionals and captivate our audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies and concepts for promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and gaming marketing, incorporating fresh ideas and techniques to elevate our visual storytelling.
Work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to maintain consistency in visual elements across all marketing channels and ensure a cohesive brand identity.
Iterate designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and playtesting results, continuously refining and optimizing graphics to maximize engagement and impact.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations.
Contribute to the development of brand assets and style guides, ensuring adherence to established design standards and maintaining quality and consistency across all materials.
Ability to conceptualize and articulate a creative vision for visual assets that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand identity.
Mastery of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire junior designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to foster their growth and development.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.
Proficiency in project management techniques and tools to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets within budget constraints.

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.Proficiency in oral and written English language.
